The main component of brass is copper. When recycled scrap is used, the percentages of copper and other materials in the scrap must be known and goes for processing product.
The manufacturing process used to produce brass involves combining the appropriate raw materials into a molten metal, which is allowed to solidify and shapes is given for products.
Samples of the finished product are tested for hardness, strength, dimensions, and other factors to ensure they meet the required specifications.
After all the testing and finishing of products is ensured it goes under packaging department and delivered to the customer on delivery time with best quality.
